Corpus Christi, TX – Five people Hurt in Crash Reported on FM 43 near US Postal Service

Corpus Christi, TX (November 22, 2021) – A traffic accident involving two vehicles took place on Tuesday, November 16 in Corpus Christi. At approximately 8:40 a.m., a gray 2013 Nissan and a 2014 gray Jeep were involved in a crash. 

Reports show that the wreck happened on Farm to Market 43 near the United States Postal Service. The crash occurred just after Apollo Road. 

One of the involved vehicles reportedly ran a stop sign and caused the collision to take place. Police in Corpus Christi continue to investigate the details of the wreck. 

Five people involved sustained injuries. Three occupants of the Nissan, including two children, and two adults inside the Jeep were all treated on-site and transported from the area to local medical centers for further evaluation and care. One child was as young as two years old. 

No one involved has been identified at this time. Traffic was delayed in the vicinity of the Postal Service on FM 43 for some time on Tuesday morning while crews worked to secure the area.
