Corpus Christi, TX – Injury Collision on Interstate Highway 37

Corpus Christi, TX (July 28, 2021) –  On the afternoon of July 28, an auto accident resulted in injuries on a roadway in Corpus Christi. According to reports, the incident occurred at around 12:28 p.m. 

The crash was reported to have taken place on Interstate Highway 37. One person sustained injuries in the wreck, though they have not been identified to the public at this time. 

Paramedics rendered emergency medical aid to the injured victim at the scene. They were then transported to an area medical center for further care. 

Traffic was backed up in the area the crash occurred for some time afterward. Police urged local motorists to find alternate travel routes for the time being. 

Authorities in Corpus Christi continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
