Corpus Christi, TX – Injury Wreck on SH 358 in Nueces

Corpus Christi, TX (April 3, 2021) – An auto accident between two vehicles resulted in the injury of one person on a roadway in Corpus Christi. The wreck was reported at approximately 10:00 a.m. on April 27. 

Police and paramedics were dispatched to the crash scene shortly after it took place in order to assist those involved. One person sustained injuries, though their identity has not been released at this time. 

The vehicles involved were identified as a 2009 black Hyundai and a 2021 white Chevrolet. The driver of the Chevy was identified as a 31-year-old female who sustained injuries in the collision. She was treated on-site before being taken to an area medical center for further care. 

The roadway was blocked while responders worked to clear the scene. Delays in traffic were observed for some time.
