Corpus Christi, TX – Major MVA on Cedar Pass Dr near Sugar Park

Corpus Christi, TX (September 14, 2022) – Two cars were involved in a crash in Corpus Christi on September 8. Responders were seen at the crash site a short time after it occurred rendering aid to injured victims and investigating the details of the incident. 

Reports show that the wreck happened shortly before 11:00 a.m. on Thursday morning. Two vehicles, a gray Mitsubishi and a silver Chevrolet were involved in an accident. 

What led to the crash is still being investigated by local police at this time. One person, the driver of the Mitsubishi, reportedly sustained injuries in the collision. 

Currently, the names of the involved parties have not been released. Authorities in Corpus Christi are still investigating the details of the accident. 

Delays in traffic were observed in the area the crash occurred. Local motorists were asked to use different routes of travel for the time that the scene was active with emergency crews.
