Corpus Christi, TX – One Person Injured in Car Crash on Horne Rd near Prescott St

Corpus Christi, TX (December 29, 2021) – A car crash reported in Corpus Christi on the afternoon of December 23 resulted in injuries. Sources say the wreck occurred shortly after 2:00 p.m. on Horne Road. 

Paramedics, police, and other responders were observed on-site assisting those involved. According to reports, one person was hurt in the collision. It occurred between a black 2001 GMC and a 2021 blue Hyundai in the vicinity of Prescott Street on Horne Road. 

How the accident occurred is currently being investigated by local police. The injured victim was treated at the crash scene before being transported to a local medical center for further care. Their identity has not been released. 

Authorities in Corpus Christi continue to investigate the details of the incident. Nothing further has been reported at this time.
