Corpus Christi, TX – Three Hospitalized in Collision on Alister St near Roberts Ave
Corpus Christi, TX (August 7, 2023) – Six members of one family were riding on a golf cart in Port Aransas when an alleged drunk driver collided with their vehicle on Friday night, August 4.
Police in the area say the collision occurred near the intersection of Alister Street and Roberts Avenue. Three people on the golf cart were taken to the hospital by helicopter, while two others suffered minor injuries.
One individual reportedly suffered several broken ribs and cuts, while another suffered a broken leg. No one involved has been identified at this time. Authorities in Corpus Christi continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
