Corpus Christi, TX – Three Injured in Two-Car Accident on Ayers St near Mira’s Sports & More

Corpus Christi, TX (October 27, 2021) – Three people were sent to the hospital after their involvement in an auto collision that occurred on a roadway in Corpus Christi this past Monday, October 25.

According to local authorities, the crash occurred on Ayers Street near Mira’s Sports & More, though the contributing factors of the collision remain undisclosed at this time. 

Local first responders including paramedics, police, and fire crews were dispatched to assist at the scene of the wreck. Two vehicles collided on Ayers Street, causing injuries to the three people involved. The driver of a 2007 black Nissan suffered injuries while the two occupants of a 2014 white Nissan were also injured. 

Their identities also have yet to be released as an accident investigation is currently ongoing.

Traffic was delayed in the area while responders worked at the scene. Drivers commuting on Ayers Street near the sports store were asked to find alternative routes of travel while the crash site remained active. No further details have been released at this time.
