Corpus Christi, TX – Two-Car Accident on SH-358 Results in Injuries

Corpus Christi, TX (April 26, 2021) – Two vehicles were involved in a collision in Corpus Christi on the morning of April 17 that resulted in injuries. One of the drivers involved was hospitalized for injuries they sustained in the wreck. 

The crash happened on State Highway 358 for reasons still under police investigation at this time. The incident was reported to authorities at around 3:15 a.m. on the morning of April 17. 

The vehicles involved sustained serious damages due to the force of the crash. One of them was identified as a blue 2018 Kia. The driver of the Kia sustained injuries in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. 

Police and other responders remained at the scene of the collision for some time afterward in order to investigate the circumstances and assist those involved. Traffic delays were observed in the area and local motorists were asked to avoid the area.
