Corpus Christi, TX – Two-Car Crash with Injuries on Lipes Blvd

Corpus Christi, TX (September 12, 2020) – An auto wreck caused injuries on Lipes Boulevard this past Wednesday afternoon. 

The crash occurred between two vehicles at approximately 2:00 p.m. when a white 2014 Chevrolet and a 2008 blue Chrysler were involved in a collision for reasons still being determined by local police. 

Injuries were reported as a result of the wreck, however, it is currently unclear how many people were hurt. The nature and extent of any injuries suffered remains undisclosed at this time. 

The area of Lipes Boulevard where the crash took place, near the 5000 block, was closed down for a period of time following the incident in order for first responders to clear the accident from the roadway and assist those with injuries. 

No further information has been disclosed concerning the collision and its surrounding circumstances. 

An investigation concerning the nature and cause of the crash will be carried out by local police.
