Corpus Christi, TX – Two-Car Wreck Injures One on Ayers St near Tarlton St

Corpus Christi, TX (October 4, 2021) – Injuries resulted from an auto accident that occurred on a roadway in Corpus Christi on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 28. At approximately 4:46 p.m., police and EMTs were dispatched to the 3100 block of Ayers Street near Tarlton. 

Reports indicate that a tan Chevrolet and a black Cadillac were involved in the crash. The Chevrolet turned into the Cadillac for reasons still being investigated by police. One person present in the Cadillac, identified as an 18-year-old male, sustained injuries. 

Upon their arrival at the site of the incident, they found that one person had sustained injuries in the crash. EMS personnel rendered aid to the injured victim before taking them to a local medical center for further care as needed. 

Traffic was backed up in the area while responders were present at the scene. Traffic officials asked drivers to find other travel routes if necessary due to the delay.
