Los Indios, TX – Rosendo Rosales Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Crash

Los Indios, TX (July 25, 2020) – A pedestrian crash turned fatal on a roadway in Los Indios this past Thursday morning.

The crash occurred on US 281 when Rosendo Rosales, aged 74, from Los Indios was traveling on foot eastbound in the middle of the roadway. An unidentified male was headed west on the same road in a vehicle when he struck Rosales.

The driver stopped to render aid to Rosales, who was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

No further information has been released regarding the crash or its circumstances.

A police investigation into the details of the crash will continue.
