Port Aransas, TX – Juan & Angela Segundo Killed in Car Crash on Hwy 361

Port Aransas, TX (August 22, 2022) – On the night of August 13, a fatal auto accident was reported in Port Aransas. At approximately 11:56 p.m., first responders were dispatched to the scene of a crash on Highway 361. 

Reports show that the wreck took place in the 7500 block of Highway 361. The driver of a Dodge Ram pickup truck was headed south on Highway 361 when it collided with a Lexus sedan headed north toward Port Aransas.

The crash caused the deaths of both Juan and Angela Segunda, ages 44 and 42. What led up to the wreck remains under investigation by area authorities at this time. 

The driver of the pickup truck was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. He was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
