San Antonio, TX – Adrian Martinez Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Crash on IH-35

San Antonio, TX (June 15, 2022) – Adrian Martinez, 41, lost his life in a fatal collision in San Antonio on Saturday, July 11. The incident was reported to authorities in the area at around 3:00 a.m. 

Information from initial reports reveals that the wreck happened on the access road for Interstate Highway 35 on the Northeast side of San Antonio. Responders were seen in the area at around 3:00 a.m. 

When paramedics arrived at the scene, they found Martinez lying in the road with severe injuries near a bike that was laid down. Emergency personnel attempted life-saving measures, however, Martinez died at the scene. 

The access road was closed to give way to the investigation. Reports show that the person who called 911 didn’t see the accident happen. 

Authorities in San Antonio continue to investigate the details of the incident.
