San Antonio, TX – Car Crash with Injuries on Loop 1604 near Somerset Road
San Antonio, TX (November 18, 2020) – An injury crash took place on a roadway in San Antonio’s far west side this morning that prompted an emergency response.
According to police, the wreck took place on Loop 1604 at approximately 11:16 a.m. between Somerset Road and Benton City Road. How and why the accident occurred remains under investigation by local authorities at this time.
It is believed that at least two vehicles were involved in the collision, though neither of them has been specified at this point in time.
Paramedics were dispatched to the scene of the wreck in order to render aid to those injured, however, it is currently unclear how many people were hurt. No one involved in the accident has been identified at this time, and the nature and magnitude of any injuries suffered remains currently undisclosed.
The area where the crash took place was blocked off while first responders worked to clear the accident from the roadway.
