According to official reports, a motor vehicle collision took place on Loma Linda Drive. The incident prompted authorities to close down a portion of the roadway near Babcock Road. Emergency medical services were requested at the scene to care for injured victims. An unknown number of people were transported to local hospitals for further medical treatment. The San Antonio Police Department and firefighters remained at the scene extensively to clear the road. At this time, investigations into the accident are ongoing.
