San Antonio, TX – Deadly Multi-Vehicle Collision on O’Connor Rd near Wurzbach Pkwy

San Antonio, TX (September 25, 2023) – A fatal traffic accident occurred on the northeast side of San Antonio on Sunday morning, September 24. One person lost their life and two others were sent to the hospital. 

Police in San Antonio say the incident occurred at approximately 2:25 a.m.  in the 12400 block of O’Connor Road near the Wurzbach Parkway. Three vehicles were involved in the crash, reports read. 

One of the vehicles was found in a ditch when police arrived at the scene. Another was found with significant front-end damage, and a truck was found on its side in the street. 

A passenger who was in the vehicle that was found in the ditch lost their life, sources said. Police believe that vehicle crossed into traffic and struck one of the other involved vehicles head-on. Two other individuals who were involved in the accident were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment. 

Police continue to investigate the details of the collision.
