San Antonio, TX – Five Injured in Head-On Crash on FM 78

San Antonio, TX (February 13, 2021) – A head-on collision reported overnight in the San Antonio area resulted in injuries. At approximately 10:45 p.m., on February 12, the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on Farm to Market Road 78.

Reports from authorities show that a silver GMC Yukon was traveling south on Farm to Market Road 78 when hit crashed into a green 2017 Kia before collided head-on with a Cadillac near Foster Road.

The crash left several people injured. Four people inside the Cadillac, who were identified as a 27-year-old woman, a 26-year-old man, a 2-year-old girl, and a 5-year-old boy, and a passenger in the GMC, who was identified as a 27-year-old male, were all injured. The adult female in the Cadillac and the GMC passenger were both transported to Brooke Army Medical Center for treatment. The other three victims were transported to University Hospital. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
