San Antonio, TX – Head-On Collision on Fischer Rd Leaves Two Dead

San Antonio, TX (March 04, 2021) – A pick-up truck and a sedan collided head-on with one another in the 12300 block of Fischer Road on Saturday, February 27th.

The accident took place at about 3:20 p.m. and resulted in the deaths of the 32-year-old driver and a 15-year-old passenger. The identities of the victims have not been released.

The two occupants of the pick-up truck were transported via ambulance to University Hospital in stable but serious condition.

Officers have been unable to determine the exact cause of the fatal collision thus far but have reported that they believe a third vehicle that did not remain at the scene may have been involved.
