San Antonio, TX – Head-On Crash on Vance Jackson near Jackson-Keller Rd

San Antonio, TX (October 11, 2020) – A head-on collision occurred on a roadway in San Antonio last night that injured one person involved. 

A woman, who remains unidentified at this time, admitted to causing the crash that took place around 9:20 p.m. last night, Saturday, October 10, while she was scrolling on her phone while driving. 

The wreck occurred on Vance Jackson Road near Jackson-Keller Road when the woman was driving down Vance Jackson while looking at her phone. Without her eyes on the roadway, the woman ended up colliding head-on with another vehicle. 

The driver of the other vehicle, who has not been currently identified, was transported to University Hospital with injuries of an unknown magnitude. 

The woman was not injured.

No other details have been provided to the public concerning the wreck or its surrounding circumstances.
