San Antonio, TX – Injury Accident on I-410 near Evers Rd

San Antonio, TX (September 11, 2023) – On the afternoon of September 11, emergency responders went to the scene of an accident in San Antonio that caused injuries and traffic delays. Sources say the accident occurred at around 4:00 p.m. for currently unknown reasons. 

Three lanes of Interstate 410 were blocked as a result of the incident, according to information provided by local police. Responders were seen at the crash site located near Evers Road on the interstate. 

At least one individual was in need of emergency medical care at the crash scene. They were rendered aid by EMTs and taken to the hospital as needed.
