San Antonio, TX – Injury Crash Involving Big Rig at I-35 & Thousand Oaks

San Antonio, TX (January 18, 2021)  – A major crash involving an 18-wheeler took place on an interstate in San Antonio this past Thursday, January 14. Sources state that the accident happened at approximately 11:30 p.m. 

Emergency personnel including police and firefighters were dispatched to the scene of the wreck that occurred on Interstate 35 near Thousand Oaks Drive. A big rig and a sedan were involved in a collision that caused the sedan to spin out and flip onto its roof. 

Injuries were reported to have resulted from the incident. Injured victims were treated at the scene and transported via ambulance to area hospitals. The section of I-35 where the accident occurred was closed while emergency crews worked to clear the collision.
