San Antonio, TX – Major Auto Crash Reported on I-35 near FM 3009

San Antonio, TX (December 1, 2021) – A major vehicle collision happened on the northeast side of San Antonio on the morning of November 30. The wreck was reported to authorities at approximately 8:19 a.m. 

Sources indicate that the collision occurred on Interstate 35 in the northbound lanes just before Farm to Market 3009. The contributing factors of the incident have not been reported at this time. 

One or more individuals suffered injuries due to the crash. Emergency medical technicians rendered aid to victims in need before transporting them to local medical centers for further care. 

Drivers in the area were told to expect delays and to avoid the portion of the interstate where the collision took place. Responders worked at the scene for an extended period of time throughout the morning.

At this time, police in San Antonio continue to investigate the details of the wreck. No further information is currently available to report.
