San Antonio, TX – One Critically Injured in Three-Car Accident at Fredericksburg Rd and Callaghan Rd

San Antonio, TX (January 12, 2022) – One person sustained critical injuries following a car accident on the city’s Northwest Side on Wednesday, January 12th.

According to sources, the three-car pile-up took place at about 6:20 p.m. at the intersection of Callaghan Road and Fredericksburg Road when a car pulling out of a gas station was t-boned by another vehicle. The driver of the exiting car then lost control of the vehicle and collided with a pick-up truck.  

The driver of the second vehicle was ejected. They were taken to a regional hospital with life-threatening injuries. 

The driver of the pick-up truck was also transported to a hospital in unknown condition.
