San Antonio, TX – One Killed, Another Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Grissom Rd
San Antonio, TX (March 19, 2024) – A multi-vehicle crash on the Northwest Side left one person dead and another injured Sunday afternoon, according to local authorities.
The accident happened just before 3:00 p.m. on March 16 near the intersection of Grissom Road and Old Grissom Road, close to Culebra Road. Emergency responders arrived to find 56-year-old Alejandro Hernandez suffering fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A 40-year-old man involved in the crash sustained injuries that required hospital treatment. Officials confirmed that his injuries were not life-threatening. Authorities have not yet determined what caused the accident. The investigation remains ongoing as officials work to piece together the events leading up to the collision.
