San Antonio, TX – Pedestrian Seriously Injured on S. Flores St

San Antonio, TX (March 25, 2021) – A pedestrian was transported to a local trauma center after he was struck by a car on Thursday, March 25th in San Antonio.  

Reports show that the accident took place at about 11:00 p.m. in the 4900 block of South Flores Street, in the area of Pleasanton Road and Division Avenue when a man in his 40s was hit by a blue sedan as he crossed the street to get tacos.  

The pedestrian sustained an injury to his head and was transported via ambulance to Brooke Army Medical Center.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, rendered aid, and notified police.  

The San Antonio Police Department, the San Antonio Fire Department, and EMS all assisted at the scene. 

The man’s name has not been released.
