San Antonio, TX – Pedestrian Struck Twice, Killed at Culebra Rd and N. San Horacio Ave

San Antonio, TX (January 26, 2022) – A man died after he was struck by two vehicles on Tuesday, January 25th in San Antonio.

According to reports, the fatal accident took place at the intersection of North San Horacio Avenue and Culebra Road in the area of St. Mary’s University. 

Police responded to the scene and, upon their arrival, located a man, believed to be his 20s, lying injured in the roadway. 

An investigation determined that someone driving a Dodge pick-up truck struck him and then fled the scene. Moments later, he was run over by another vehicle that also failed to stop. 

The victim died at the scene.
