San Antonio, TX – Two-Vehicle Injury Crash on I-10 by Fulton Ave

San Antonio, TX (October 25, 2023) – Officers with the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of an automobile accident on Monday morning that ended in injuries.

On October 23, the Texas Department of Transportation informed area police and firefighters that a crash occurred on Interstate 10.

Official reports indicate that two vehicles collided on the roadway. The incident blocked three lanes on the interstate, prompting officials to shut down a portion of the roadway while providing assistance.

Injuries were confirmed due to the crash. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for emergency care.

The incident is being investigated.
