Texas Accident News2024-01-24T08:52:23-07:00San Antonio, TX (January 24, 2024) – A woman was hospitalized, and a second victim was left injured as a result of a dog attack that took place on the south side of San Antonio on Tuesday morning, January 23. At approximately 10:00 a.m., authorities were called to the scene of the incident on March Avenue.
According to official reports, two people were staying at a house on March Avenue near Stinson Airport. As the woman and man were leaving the property with their small dog, they were attacked by the homeowner’s pit bull. The woman and man fought off the large dog. However, it bit the couple’s small dog and both the woman and the man. The woman suffered injuries in the accident that required medical treatment. She was transported to an area hospital for further care. Animal Care Services took custody of the dog pending the investigation. The male victim was treated at the scene. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
