Investigations show that a 54-year-old man was struck by a vehicle, resulting in severe injuries. The pedestrian was rushed to an area hospital for emergency care. Authorities confirmed that the victim died of his injuries. During the investigation, authorities determined that a 44-year-old Hispanic male was also struck by the same vehicle. Authorities later located the car and the driver. The driver, identified as Guajardo, was taken into police custody, where he faces charges of murder.
