I got into a car accident July 4, 2025 and the at fault party sadly left me in a hole with my car and injuries due to the lack of full coverage. The process was so easy, all I had to do was show up to my appointments for my injury’s and sign papers via email. I had my accident in another city, unfamiliar area, I was scared, 20 weeks pregnant, at midnight, and with 2 toddlers. In an instant I contacted Debbie and she handled everything. Everything was handled for me over the phone electronically. Any questions I had were answered day or night. We had a lot of questions! They handled insurance, hospital bills, car repairs and moving or chiropractors when we came back home. We only went into the office one time and it was to close our case 9 months later. The lovely receptionist helped me with my children so I could sign papers and ask questions. She walked around with my infant to help with his fussiness, gave my old kids lollipops of their choosing. Debbie made sure I was comfortable and knew everything I needed to know and more! We felt safe, taken care of, cared for, and we were worry free. They were absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! I even used them for my next accident!
