At around 2:00 a.m., a Cadillac Escalade carrying four people was traveling south on South Zarzamora Street. As the vehicle proceeded through the area of Applewhite Road, it became involved in a collision. The vehicle collided with a concrete drainage ditch, causing the vehicle to overturn several times before coming to rest. Two people were ejected from the vehicle. Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene by first responders. Two additional victims were rushed to area hospitals in critical condition. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
