According to official reports, a two-person aircraft was involved in a collision with a cable near Highway 59 and Farm to Market Road 2895. As a result, the plane crashed just four miles south of the entrance to the Walker Ranch.
Both of the people on the plane suffered fatal injuries. Both of the victims were pronounced deceased by authorities. At this time, the Texas Department of Public Safety is assisting the Webb County fire officials in the investigation.
