According to law enforcement reports, Guerra was struck by a vehicle while walking in the 2700 block of Gollihar Road. Authorities arrived at the scene and located the victim with significant injuries in the area near Helen Street. Guerra was rushed to a local hospital for emergency care. Authorities confirmed that he passed away from his injuries on November 21. The crash is currently under investigation.
